Log in		My Stitch and Bitch Sunday, 6 April 2008 Great Golly Gee, It's Sunday Mood:  celebratory Topic: Alazy day Well went to a Baptisem today and it's was a great day! Sun shining and the familiy was there or atleast most of them. Seems the women folk are keeping down the fort of the Catholic rel. Most of the men there were close like the father, Grandfather, and Uncle. and then the cousins. My gereration (Great Aunt) seems to be wittleing down and the 1st cousins of the parents were no where to be found. Back to the most press thing on the minds of all. Did she finish the sock? Well the answer is no. Sorry I got to the toe and really have to sit down and read the instructions. It' not that I don't know how to dec. It's that I'm not clear as to how far to take it down. The book shows one think the sheet with the pattern not clear it has 24 then end with twlve. My mind is not comprehening the concept. And So dear readrer there is where I am. I did start the heel very exciting. I wanted to start another eye pillow and those who know me well this is but I can't find my meassureing tool for the needles I had two of them. And some of my needles are gone. Is it the mind of a middle aged women or is ssomeone really takeing these things. I was trying to remember all the things I can't remember where I put them and I hope who or what took them has a good time with them. What was that movie that little people lived in the walls? Well they must be living here. From My jewlery to little covers for baskets to alot of other things I can't think of right now. Ya think my family wants me in a home. You gave birth to these beings and they think it's dumb to turn out the lights even my hubby hated it. Couldn't watch the tv. well when we can't use half the things in our house because all the energy is used up I'll be the one with the chesshire smile on my face! LOL! But it's so nice to have a friend there and all the girls seem to like the atmosphere. (laid back to say the lest) And the talk about lactation was without adding from me. All I know is I won't be able to have sex for a week thinking about that 3 1/2 yearold hanging off his mother, yuk! Anyway knitting is going well started the other bootties an I hope I do ok! The Sun is shining but God is it cold out! Don't forget folks it's Earth Day! They would like everyone to turn out the lights at 8 till 9 around the world, I can do that! Turn down the temp to 55 at night, use floureseant lights, and Enercy Star Products, recycle what you can! Do the italians have it in for me? This jumble mess took me over an hour for a few inches. I know I should have wond it up myself but, "gee goch walley everyone else was knitting already! Oh well I have until a week from this Sat to fix it. Just picture this two needles size one and sock yarn cast on 32 each needle aw there's the rub. with out twissting GOOD LUCK! Well I'm try'n. Finished another sweater! St Patty' day, St. Joseph's and Easter week. Anywho just going to clean to day after shopping and paying bills eating lunch and been on the computer for awile. may take a nap I'm tired all of a sudden. Have to clean and decorate for Easter. Son'a truck may be fixed and one more day till the sock class. May do a funky one first time. Nothing new, couldn't get to WW just didn't want to get out of bed. Changed the sheets and the feeling of new crisp sheets is just heavenly. The spent more time taking pictures of the birds now the morning doves are at the feeder and just when I get to it they fly off. The Battel of wills. The sparrows knocking on the vent they think is fun but if I can scare them away who'll have the last laugh. heard a discussion on NPR about the little monsters and their dirty deeds.
