Log in		My Stitch and Bitch Sunday, 27 April 2008 STILL knitting! Mood:  not sure Topic: Knitting The sock that wouldn't stop! I can't believe that the first one took notime at all and now a week has past and I'm still on the da-- thing. Well I made it thru the heel and we're on the foot part. and it seem like there is no end or atleast the more I do. I'm know were in site of the end but it's taking so long. Didn't make church I really slept in till 11 and my body thanks the powers that be. I feel rested and would love to do something out side but hubby is out cutting the grass so after picking up the poop. The dog would like to go out know for a fresh romp but hubby is cutting the grass so we're all stuck in for know. Oh here's a bit of news went shopping with child#1 and got new jeans size 12 and then capris sz 14 and just fit. They were 4.99 and I did not protest either. Oh but I did shout after fitting into the 12's. Have to go on the bike again maybe tomarrow. but twice 1 hr sessions this week. and I must work on getting that treadmill. child#1 said he would use it too. So I will make my pitch when this check comes I figure if we get the 1200 1/2 is mine right. Yah right probably go for a new lawn mower. I did start the heel very exciting. I wanted to start another eye pillow and those who know me well this is but I can't find my meassureing tool for the needles I had two of them. And some of my needles are gone. Is it the mind of a middle aged women or is ssomeone really takeing these things. I was trying to remember all the things I can't remember where I put them and I hope who or what took them has a good time with them. What was that movie that little people lived in the walls? Well they must be living here. From My jewlery to little covers for baskets to alot of other things I can't think of right now. Ya think my family wants me in a home. LOL! But it's so nice to have a friend there and all the girls seem to like the atmosphere. (laid back to say the lest) And the talk about lactation was without adding from me. All I know is I won't be able to have sex for a week thinking about that 3 1/2 yearold hanging off his mother, yuk! Anyway knitting is going well started the other bootties an I hope I do ok! The Sun is shining but God is it cold out! Don't forget folks it's Earth Day! They would like everyone to turn out the lights at 8 till 9 around the world, I can do that! Turn down the temp to 55 at night, use floureseant lights, and Enercy Star Products, recycle what you can! Do the italians have it in for me? This jumble mess took me over an hour for a few inches. I know I should have wond it up myself but, "gee goch walley everyone else was knitting already! Mood:  energetic Topic: Knitting Well this is it I'm really mad cuz Our little knitting group Has been meeting on Wed. on for the last month the weather has been bad and I mis my friends. Very excited about the sock class. after makeing the bootie I'm up for it My hands are so sore. Size 3's I can't wait to see how the ones are. even though I made those mittens with them. Did so much today vacummed and clean the ktchen and stripped my bed then started the other sweater. Can you believe I forgot how to make the strings for them? I'm enjoying a cup of coffee with Sswis miss 25 cal. and marshmellows. Wonder How many points that is. LOL! When I'm done there is always some left on the bottum so I put hot water in and have another cup. very economical if ya ask me. Anyway I'm trying my darndest to get some of my friends and family on this so we can all talk seeing I've had no other people looking at my stuff. I backed out of the swap can't make 12 squares with others in mind right now. The thought of trying to pick out colors is giving me night mares. Can't wait to see Christtys master pieces! How about it???????? Oh and I'm on the last two squares of the purple quilt have to take it to the shop and see what other colorsI can use for the strips and I'll give it to my daughter I quess. And wopuld love to make one for my son from his tee shirts and o r pic of him growing up. alas that's down a ways. Well good night for now back to the sweater. Son took my car and my daughter is staying with a friend. or maybe at the house she works at. Can't get ahold of her but I'm sure if she would call when she is in trouble you alway hear from them when they are in trouble. SNOW: it's still snowing. so slippery the paper lady got stuck in front of Our House, this morning. Well there's always next week. I hope Christy found out about the sock class Need something new to do. Thought about doing another Bear. Stuffed the Brown Bear. Now just need to add eyes and facial features. Well I'm going to shovel the deck so Elvis can go out! Oh I almost forgot to tell you, I got a new camera an I have to find out how to work it. Hope I can work the darn thing.
